AI visibility monitoring
Every vessel leaves a different wake. This one is yours.
Wakemere watches how your site shows up in Google search and in AI answers, and leaves you a record you can read in the morning. Every figure is stamped with when it was gathered, and an honest “not gathered yet” shows where it wasn’t.
For small businesses that want a straight answer, and for the agencies that look after them.
Every source on its own schedule · every figure with its own stamp

Specimen data: every figure above is invented for this illustration. In the product each one carries its own stamp, and they do not all say the same thing.
You may have done traditional SEO. But can an AI reach and cite you?
Two halves. First, six readiness checks: five against your own site — can an assistant reach you, read you, and understand what it found — and one on whether Google’s AI answers cite you. Then, each week, your own questions put to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, with what came back written down.
Five of the six read your own site, so they stay visible to every subscriber. You never need the AI answers panel to find out that your robots.txt is turning assistants away. The sixth reads the AI answers on the searches you track, so it fills in once you watch some. The panel itself waits behind the expansion.
Four assistants, asked every week. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Whether you were mentioned, whether you were cited, and which of your pages earned it.
Specimen findings · every real check carries its own stamp
Three steps, and two of them are ours.
The engine room
Under the surface sits Nightfield, the observation engine. It holds a fixed field of view on the answer engines and takes the sights that Wakemere reads. It observes what it cannot inspect, because you cannot open the model, only watch what it emits.
Nightfield is the instrument. Wakemere is the reading.
Three families, cut by the question you are asking.
Not by which supplier the data came from. That is a map of our invoices, not of your business. Home sits above all three and belongs to the subscription itself, as does the printable report.
- Expansion
Presence
“Where you stand”
Where you stand against everyone else: the searches you watch and how hard they are, your positions in Google’s results, the websites linking to you, and whether AI assistants name you when they answer.
Keywords: the set you watch, and the page meant to win each one (behind it: Tracked keywords) · Rankings: where you sit for them, and what moved (behind it: Biggest movers) · Backlinks: who links to you (behind it: New links) · AI answers: whether the assistants name you, and what they cite (behind it: Cited pages)
Added when you want it. Every figure here is gathered from outside your own site, so the family is sized within itself (how many searches we watch, how many questions we put to the assistants) and never sized across the rest.
Above them all sits Home (the Monday-morning screen, with what changed called out) and the printable report, which composes whatever you hold into one document a client can keep.
Specimen card · the figure is invented, the stamp is the real shape
What the numbers admit.
There is no single “last updated” stamp because every source keeps its own schedule, and a schedule of its own means a freshness of its own. Each dataset carries the stamp for when it was gathered.
One stamp over all of them would be a lie
The sentence under a table was written by a rule never by a person, and never by a model. It is arithmetic over the numbers above it, and if they change it changes with them.
Published rule · arithmetic over the numbers above it
Refreshing costs money, so it is your choice you are told a check is paid before it runs, how long it takes and when it last ran, and a monthly ceiling refuses the call rather than quietly running it.
No silent refreshes · no surprise line
An empty card says why it is empty and links to the thing that would fill it. Never a blank space, and never a zero standing in for “we haven’t looked yet”.
A blank is never left to mean zero
A source that could not be read is named in the screen and in the printed report, rather than quietly left out so the page still looks complete.
A gap is a finding, not a tidy-up
What Wakemere is not.
- Not 01
A rank tracker with AI bolted on
Built for answer engines from the first sight. The AI half is the instrument’s reason, not its add-on.
- Not 02
A dashboard that needs checking
The work happens on the watch, overnight. You read the record when it suits you, and nothing is waiting for you to press it.
- Not 03
A lever
An instrument tells you where you are. It does not claim to move you, and anyone promising to move you does not know either.
Numbers you can put your name on.
Specimen document
One subscription. Two expansions.
The shape is settled. The figures are not, and we are not going to invent them: they come from what the data actually costs to gather, and the pilot is what tells us.
- The subscription
Overview, and the whole frame
Home, Search performance, Pages and Speed, the printable report, and the six AI readiness checks — five read from your own site, one from the AI answers on searches you track. Your own site, our own crawl, and Google’s own measurements — included from the first day.
Included · cancel monthly
When the figures are set they will be published plainly, near what the data costs, and cancellable monthly. Whatever you have not switched on is never hidden from you either: the screen says so in plain words, quoting nothing and promising no discount.
